- Access to the HeliosRate platform is restricted to authorized underwriters, brokers and partners of Helios Re.
- Login credentials are personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
- Indicative quotations generated by the platform are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer of insurance until confirmed in writing by Helios Re.
- Helios Re reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion, in particular in the event of misuse.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- The HeliosRate platform — including its underlying models, algorithms, pricing methodology, design and content — is the exclusive property of Helios Re.
- No part of the platform may be copied, reverse-engineered, redistributed or used to develop a competing product without Helios Re's prior written consent.
- Data and pricing outputs generated through the platform are provided solely for the use of the authorized account holder and may not be resold or redistributed to third parties.
